Loved my job and made some lifelong friends. They really need to pay attention to the people that work with the residents daily and know them better than any of the suits. LISTEN to them. We do it daily and know better than people that do paperwork what they need.
The people were nice and I appreciate the care! Nice to be home though!!!!
