If you or a Family member has to go to rehab . PLEASE DON'T SEND THEM HERE ! WORSE PLACE EVER. Was told and still being told it's a Nursing home b/ Rehab . I been lied to from the beginning ! The care is Horrible and frightening . You have a very select few Nurses and aides that actually care . It's run horrible. Your not treated like a person . It's humiliating. How do I know I am here for rehab inpatient. I see everything first hand

Every employee was outstanding! They showed true compassion. Patient alerts were answered in a timely fashion. Nursing staff was always available and knowledgeable. The therapists were educated in their field, varied the exercises, and ensured my progress. Kudos to all employees.

The 2nd floor of this facility is critically understaffed. Elderly patients are not fed, bathed, or changed when they should be. They are left bedridden, soiled, and afraid. Their food is left untouched for hours because the person can't feed themselves and staff members can't get to everyone that needs help. There is less than a handful of CNA's that care, the others are laaaaaaazzzzyyyyy.
