0 stars The second time I went to this salon Lily was not there at my appointment time. Another stylist had to call her and she came in. Today, my third appointment, I came in at my scheduled 1:00 appointment time and was told I missed my my 10:00 appointment. The last time I was there she said let's wait 6 weeks instead of 4 and I told her I had a dentist appointment at 10 and she said come at 1. Beware: My fiancée had a very bad experience here. I’m pretty disappointed in this salon. Despite booking a week ahead and calling in the morning before her appointment (I heard her on the phone), the stylists did not have her booked for a haircut, were very rude to her while she was there (specifically Liliia), rushed through her haircut, and were extremely overpriced for this level of service. Dishonest with the booking. Made an appointment, got there waited for 15 mins and then I was told they can’t take me.
