It’s been 30 business days since the process started and I have not heard from the loan officer I called over a week ago and still they have not called me back I sent a email to be contacted still no reply back. I’m kinda questioning the business I would like if someone got back to me. I would not have choose them if I knew it was going to be like this

RecommendedFirst time home buyer, I wasn’t sure where to start. I got in touch with a family friend (thanks Cindy!) who works for Signature. She directed me to Brian Winkler who went over loan options and provided me with a pre-approval letter same day, on a Saturday no less! Once I had my property contract, the loan process and communication was excellent. I was always kept in the loop and had all my tons of questions answered. I was very impressed with this transaction, and would highly recommend!
Not helpful. Too many loops to go through and never called back to follow up. Went with another company.
Brian Winkler was the best lender agent we could have asked for. Our closing process was stressful with an uncooperative closing company/seller but Brian remained attentive, assuring and professional the entire time. He answered my endless phone calls and emails at every hour of the day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks Brian!

Highly recommend calling Cody James for your home loan needs. Set realistic expectations on initial discussion, documents needed and closed the loan within 30 days to meet our closing deadline. Exceeded our expectations!
