Weve been going here for 4 years and had routine maintenance done and always came here for repairs. The service department missed a coolant leak this entire time, never told us, and eventually it lead to overheating which damaged the engine resulting in a 12.8k fix. Weve had no complaints because we thought they were taking great care of us but it feels like they purposely didn't tell us about the coolant leak so we'd come back and need to pay for a whole new engine assembly. Paid $2,571.69 in repairs and the dummy tech Nicholas Nyboer put the wrong coolant in my car.
Absolutely love Signature Auto Group Service department. I’ve never been taken care of so well by a dealership! All the guys are very personable, and do great work, they really do care about the customer and what’s best for them! They have our business now, I will only go to them (unless they recommend I go someplace else) and I will tell everyone I know to go there as well.
