I agree with them being scam artists. It’s sad because the job they did installing my wood floor turned out great. My issue was with the manufacturer and wholesaler, making and selling a product that turned out to be a lemon. After going through a long claim process the manufacturer agreed to pay for full replacement of my floor. The credit was given to the wholesaler and then the wholesaler released a check to Signature for over $21k with the agreement they would do the replacement. False advertisement to attract customers, Biggest story teller, Rip off alert!!! . She's is a biggest Scam Artist. Buyers be aware once you leave the deposit prices will change and all the free Offers weren't really Free!!! its just there to Attract customers!... highly unrecommended. Bad Business habits
