The train is so loud it woke me up very time it came through. The management does a check in your apartment several times during the year. Which I do not like due to working night shift. Other than that it was a nice apartment building to live in..
The only reason why it’s getting two stars is how nice the apartment is and the security of the property, one thing that was awful was the humidity, the horrible smell in the hallways, and how it isn’t sound proof I recently did a tour with a very rude lady, the whole time she was being very rude with a nasty attitude, she also got us confused and was insisting on things that we never even said which wasn’t pleasant. This building is directly by a train crossing. If you suffer from insomnia, you are NOT going to like sleeping here as multiple trains will randomly go by at any time of day, including the middle of the night, and are pretty much going to be blasting their whistles loudly and frequently, ESPECIALLY train #6655. Regularly parked in by unattended moving trucks have been late to work multiple times because of this. Frustrating
Lived at the properly for two years. The management company Boyd Wilson is absolutely fantastic. Incredibly responsive, maintenance is very quick, and in the two years we lived there we had the same property manager and maintenance person. The property itself can be disappointing at times. The train is loud and not something that I personally was able to get use to. Also, the HVAC unit is not able to cool the apartment quickly during the summer meaning that opening the windows isn’t a great idea. Overall good property. Boyd ... read more
