BEWARE! Schaumburg location closed without even a 24 hour notice to customers as well as without a resolution to membership pricing. many members purchase a $549+ membership that was supposed to be valid for 2 years. The gym closed doors not even 4 months in. Sad. Do better

The location in Yorkville is a dump. It’s only 5 years old and has already fallen apart. Restrooms are horrid. Staff is inattentive. No one answers the phones. The disappointment goes on and on and on.
I was using the very filthy bathrooms and a person yelled over to me “you need a spot” it fr fr gave me stage fright leading to not being able to continue my duty. Also jayden did help me out alot on treadmill form even recorded my form to show me FOR FREE! Dirty gym with a wall of zyns that has remained there for months. Sent in a cancellation email that has been ignored! Overall gym bad Jayden cool and helpful (;
The gym has a nice layout and the staff is very helpful/friendly, but it’s always so dirty in there. The machines are sticky, the floors are visibly dirty with dirt & hair, and nobody wipes down the machines after use. I asked the front desk about their policy on wiping things down after use and they said “it’s not necessary, don’t worry about it”. I didn’t dare use the ladies room, because of all the reviews & pics of how nasty the men’s room is. So disgusting. I canceled my membership.
