I recently had work done on my wife’s SUV and my car. Tommy, Jared and the rest of the Signature Finishes team are excellent. I received top tier customer service before, during, and after the work was complete. They made it extremely easy to set up the appointments, swap cars, and get an answer to any of my questions. Great Work, Great Customer Service. There’s no way I’d go anywhere else!
After my car was rear-ended, I brought it to Signature Finishes on the recommendation of my daughter who has been a customer for 10 years — and I’m so glad I did. The repairs were covered by the other party’s insurance, and from the moment I called, the process was seamless. They simply said, “Drop it off,” and their friendly, knowledgeable team took it from there. Everyone was very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. They were very professional in every detail from when I took my car in, through the whole process, kept me up to date with any issues or questions I had all the way to the day I picked it up. 10/10 Recommend. After being screwed over by multiple shops in the past I have found my new forever home. My Rare color JDM crown was involved in a fender bender and was color matched perfectly. Paint looks like glass.
