Signature Facilities Maintenance Is a great company! We called them to repair my stucco on my house! They were very professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend calling the SFM today and have them take care of any maintenance needs you may have!

Trades beware as Signature Facilities Maintenance does not pay as agree! HOAs beware if you hire Signature Facilities Maintenance this is how they treat their trades and that reflects on you as well! So, SFM is your typical contractor that does not pay when a job is done and when you ask for payment/clarification they threaten you! We live in Ironwood Village community. The Board of Directors for the HOA hired Signature Facilities Maintenance to perform common area wall repairs (patching) and painting. They started the repairs in Oct. 2017 and then walked off the job in 2 months leaving the project unfinished. The walk-off was due to disagreements after contracts were signed and they should have never took the job if they were going to not be professional. Community looks terrible with the unfinished work.
