I had a great experience at this place. The front young lady was helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Unfortunately, I had some issues with my insurance that I need to fix but I will definitely be going back for new glasses!
Mom recently got insurance and while out shopping in Galleria we noticed this office tucked in the corner and decided to check it out. Receptionist was so sweet and kind all while being super receptive to my mom’s million questions hahaaaa. She also spoke Spanish which is a super plus and saved me time from translating all the insurance medical lingo. Lovely space and office, thank you ladies so much!
I just went here because my eye is red and I needed some kind of prescription for it. I called previous to the visit, I spoke to the receptionist. I asked if there was an ophthalmologist on site. I wasn’t asked what I needed just insurance information. Upon arrival, she tells me she needs my medical insurance instead, then she tells me they don’t take it. The Dr. Is very thorough and accommodating. Great operation, wish I would have come years prior.
Honestly the best experience I've had at a optometrist. I recently started going here as I enjoy spending time at the galleria walking around and while checking with provider found this quiet office tucked away. Both the doctor and receptionist are sweet and kind and listen paying attention to comfort and going above and beyond. This place should be used as the gold standard for optometrist and I look forward to future interactions
