It's fine
We booked this venue in October with the clear understanding that we would have the larger room. During our visit on April 4th, we were shown that same room and made all of our final plans around it. However, when we arrived on Friday, May 9th, to begin decorating, we were shocked to find that we had been moved to a smaller room, which was less favorable, due to overbooking without any notice or communication.
