Everything was great. The people are great with customer service and all of the equipment is in excellent shape. Highly recommend!
Easy to set up a rental online and day if setup went perfectly. They adjusted their schedule to fit ours
AMAZING - last-minute rental for a family event, with me being in the DC area, they kept me informed along the way from payment, to delivery, and pick up! KUDOS
Service might be the singular worst I have ever experienced. Set a day and time for delivery. They continued to ask for an increase in payments even after agreeing. Kelly their customer service was the most unprofessional person I think I have ever engaged with. Would yell and talk over me on the phone. Just an insane experience, I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to celebrate an event and don’t want to ruin your mood.
