Service might be the singular worst I have ever experienced. Set a day and time for delivery. They continued to ask for an increase in payments even after agreeing. Kelly their customer service was the most unprofessional person I think I have ever engaged with. Would yell and talk over me on the phone. Just an insane experience, I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to celebrate an event and don’t want to ruin your mood.
Customer service was excellent and they made pickup and drop off so seemless! Will use them for future rentals.
