Took my 2011 Chevy Malibu there knowing what I needed done. Timing chain replacement. Got a quote over the phone and surpringly when i arrived to the shop was told the same thing. Was given an estimated time for repair after giving a 50% deposit. Was done the next day. Had a good experience with the Chevy Tech CSR from start to finish. Only problem I had was i had a crank position sensor in the vehicle when I dropped it off and wasn't returned when I picked it up. Recently had my motor replaced in my Volkswagen Touareg, most easiest experience ever. Patrick is awesome. Everyone I’ve encountered were knowledgeable and friendly. Impeccable customer service. I would highly recommend them for your auto repairs .
Patrick was super easy to work with and had a great tone and personality.
I'm making the tough decision on whether to replace my engine, and Melvin Mathews was very nice to talk to. He took the time to find me a couple of different options for the engine, and he quoted me a fair price for the labor plus parts. I would gladly do business with them in the future
