I sent my car here for ac repair, I already had done a prior inspection and knew the problem!! So they say I’ll do another inspection which will cost $89 then I was hit with another fee of $247 for them to tell me the exact problem I told them I needed fixing in the first place smh they are some crooks!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL RIG YOUR CAR UP AN GIVE YOU FALSE PAPERWORK!! I WAS CHARGED 197.99 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC..THE MECHANIC PUT A WIRE HANGER ON MY ACUATOR AN CLAIMED HE FIXED IT!!! THAT WAS FRAUD AN IT POPPED OUT THE SAME DAY..BE CAREFUL OF THE SHIESTY PAPERWORK PATRICK IS DOING!! MY AIR CONDITIONER DOESN'T WORK..THE HV BOX WAS BROKE AND THEY NEW IT..THEN DECLINED TO FIX IT PROPERLY!! DONT TRUST MR PERRY AN HIS CREW WITH YOUR VEHICLE..THEY UP TO FRAUDULENT WORK..
I would certainly think twice before taking your car here for any service. I've been charged close to $1000 dollars for work that doesn't actually seem to have been completed. My car was reading several codes that needed to be diagnosed and fixed. However, everytime they claim to have fixed the issue, the check engine light is back on before the day is out. We brought our 2015 Toyota Rav-4 to The Signature Automotive after realizing the AC issue was beyond what we could test or troubleshoot at home.
