Wish I could give them zero stars. Took two suits in, and they damaged both. Claimed they both came in that way. They fixed the two buttons they broke, but there's no way to fix the collar they ruined. I've had the suit for ten years, with no dry clean trouble. And all of a sudden, the fabric is faulty and the shrinkage is not their fault? My wife (who knows fabric quite well) says the felt backer was shrunk by an over-aggressive presser. I'm sad to say that I am now looking for a new dry cleaner. Initially, they followed their promise that if you bring the clothes in by 9, then they're done by 5. Now it takes 3 days but their sign is still up. Also, I am now paying $.50 more for each piece of clothing since once my cat decided to curl up on a dirty shirt. I've been inspecting each shirt before taking them in for the last 3 weeks and no cat hair. But the charge is still there every time. I took my dress suit into this cleaners expect top rate service. However, when I returned to this business to retreive my dress suit the two buttons were missing leaving only one button. I'm glad that I look at my suit before leaving. When I brought this to the manager (young man) he just dismissed it by saying, "maybe the button were missing before you brought it in to be cleaned".
