I took two rings in, one to get repaired and one to get sized. They sized both rings without my consent. Now my wedding ring does not fit like it did before taking it in!!! They also kept my diamond that needed repair and replaced it with something yellow! They also took another diamond out and put in a yellow “diamond” they robbed me!!!! And they have poor customer service!! The guy at the counter was cussing and trying to keep my paperwork from me, putting it behind his back and waiving above his head!
I always buy my jewelry here, great prices, and always willing to help to find the correct item.
Bought a chain Saturday, following Tuesday the clip snapped off. TERRIBLE QUALITY
The Pakistani owner Mr.Ali is a very fair and knowledgeable jeweler. Myself and girlfriend have already purchased in excess of $10,000 worth of white gold , diamond studded jewelry. The Asian female also gives a Very Nice discount on white gold mens rings and white gold , diamond studded womans necklaces. I still look forward 2 picking up more jewelry pieces 2 add 2 the rest of my Bling collection.
If we could give this a zero star we would. The customer service is absolutely horrendous the gentleman does not greet you when you walk in . he is too busy on his phone and looks down the entire time you're in front of him. He claims he sent his service to Greeley that I find that to be a big lie.. do not trust this company you will be burned... Keeper the ring for over three weeks and when it was returned the work was never done not one single thing.. probably good for us,, I'm sure he would have taken advantage in the wor... read more
