I have NEVER been to a place this disrespectful the customer service is HORRENDOUS!! The “OWNER” hung up on my face and yelled at me multiple times when he had told me to call. My pendant and ring has been there for more then 6 weeks… still not fixed I spent over 4k there you would think they would some what care it was a waste of time, money and effort I will be picking up my pendant fixed some where else ONE OF THE MOST INCONVENIENT JEWELERS IN COLORADO

I was unhappy with my purchase and was refused a refund. I was told I could only exchange it for another item. I specifically requested an item of equal value, but I received no receipt, no appraisal, and no certificate of authenticity for the chain. I have no way to verify whether the exchange was for an item of equal or lower value, which has left me feeling misled and very disappointed. I strongly recommend asking for all documentation before making any purchase or exchange at this store.

They're disgusting. I had a garment made almost a month ago, and I've been back three times, and they haven't delivered it. I ask for my money back, and the manager says no. I have to sue them. Be very careful with these scammers. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
