They're disgusting. I had a garment made almost a month ago, and I've been back three times, and they haven't delivered it. I ask for my money back, and the manager says no. I have to sue them. Be very careful with these scammers. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
They went above and beyond to help my husband find the perfect chain and pendant he was looking for. They also got us the best deal ever on them. We were so impressed, we returned two weeks later to purchase a new man’s wedding band.
I took two rings in, one to get repaired and one to get sized. They sized both rings without my consent. Now my wedding ring does not fit like it did before taking it in!!! They also kept my diamond that needed repair and replaced it with something yellow! They also took another diamond out and put in a yellow “diamond” they robbed me!!!! And they have poor customer service!! The guy at the counter was cussing and trying to keep my paperwork from me, putting it behind his back and waiving above his head!
I always buy my jewelry here, great prices, and always willing to help to find the correct item.
