Outstanding white glove service, from the email communication and scheduling, to the actual delivery. Ordered a mattress and automatic base from Saatva, and Signature Designer Services contacted me to set up deliver after the mattress was manufactured. Had to change delivery due to illness, and Tracy was very flexible. Jason and TJ delivered today, set everything up, explained the electronics, made sure everything worked and was positioned where I wanted it, and then removed all of the packing materials.
