The dental assistant was super friendly and made me feel less anxious. Dr. Kassem was gentle and quick at doing my fillings. When my treatment plan was made I wasn’t forced into getting crowns or procedures I couldn’t afford. They worked with me to come up with a plan that fit my budget and oral health needs.
This was my first time at Signature Dental Experience and it was wonderful! I had such a great cleaning with Katy - she had me giggling the entire time! Carmen and Claire were so sweet and helpful as well.
This review is from someone who LOATHES the dentist and has avoided for years after a horrible experience at an unnamed chain dentist. I was very hesitant to go back to a dentist but have now gone to Signature Dental in Bloomington twice, and I have nothing but great things to say. Everyone in the office is so nice/personable, and the cleanings, x-rays, etc are all gentle and easy to get through with the dental hygienists.
