Very disappointing experience as new patients. Staff was rude, disorganized and condescending. I made sure our x rays were sent there before the appointment but they did new ones anyway. Refused to clean my teeth until I had s deep cleaning, It was too early for that and it wouldn't be paid for but they would not listen to what I was trying to explain to them.
