Signature Dental does everything first class. They care about you as a human and strive to do everything the right way. I am in awe of how I am treated from the time I step into the office and greeted by the lovely Kate, to when I am seated my one of the incredibly educated RDAs. Shout out to Robyn & Dr. Bustamante for taking time and educating me today. Dr. Raf cares for his patients and their oral health. You are not a number at Signature Dental. Thank you so much!!
I had a disappointing experience at Signature Dental. While the dentist and dental hygienists were excellent, the receptionist's lack of professionalism was frustrating. I received a text reminding me to confirm my appointment or it would be cancelled, which I did immediately, and even received a confirmation email. However, when I arrived for my 8:00 AM appointment the following day, the hygienist informed me that the receptionist had given my slot to someone else, claiming I hadn’t confirmed. 10/10. The office is beautiful, every staff member here is incredible and makes you feel at ease. I originally went in for a consultation for a specific procedure, but Dr. Bustamante suggested something completely different that would suit my needs and also be way more cost effective - which was a relief! Him and his assistant were so much fun, informative, and kind. I really enjoyed my experience here and can't wait to return. Thank you so much!
Amazing experience! Dr. Raf & his super awesome co-pilot, Kim, were fun, detailed oriented and extremely thorough. Kim’s stories are hilarious! Best dental experience I have ever had . Thank you also to the fantastic administrators for fielding all my questions and concerns with efficiency. Wonderful group of individuals! I highly recommend this dental office!!!
Seriously the BEST dentist in town! We drive 45 minutes just to go to him!!! He really cares deeply about each person's well being! All the staff and secretary are professional, competent, gentle and amazing! They are good with children. 🤩 They go over and above to be sure everything is the best it can be. I REALLY appreciate all they do!
