Excellent Price, Quality, and Responsiveness I read the advertisement for Signature Decks with interest. I was skeptical when I sent a picture of the proposed location of my new deck to Todd. How could he know what I want just from a picture? I was even more skeptical when he responded a few hours later with a drawing plan for the structure. I thought it a bit more unbelievable when he sent quotes for two different options based upon different grades of construction materials. 16 X 14 deck project I found Todd add on Craigslist. I email him and he returned my call in a timely fashion and was extremely professional. I discussed my project ideas with him, though it was not a major project Todd treated it as he would with any other project; large or small. The best! Todd Phillips was very responsive. I found him on Craig's List and sent an inquire with a picture of my back porch with a brief description of the work I needed to have completed. Within a matter of a couple of hours, he responded with a detailed quote and a schematic drawing of what he would be doing. Todd is an excellent builder and contractor Todd Phillips and his crew designed and built a phenomenal large, 2-level screened porch for the back of our home. Before ground was even broken it required a great deal of administrative work in dealing with extensive permits, being that our home is near the water. Todd was extraordinary. C. In October 2011 my husband and I had Signature build a two-story addition with an attached screened porch for us. To date that project has not been completed, March 2012. The contractor decided to vanish when he received all but the last payment and just had minor fixes to accomplish.
