Lena is the best barber I've ever experienced. Cutting skills is superb and I m ean it!!! Great customer service, conversation, listen to your concerns, makes you laugh 😃. Worst barbershop experience I’ve ever had, hands down. Big John was completely unprofessional from the moment I sat down. I showed him a clear picture of the haircut I wanted, and what I got was nowhere close. He didn’t ask before lining me up, he didn’t ask before touching my beard or mustache, and he was so rough that my skin was literally red, irritated, and burning by the time I left.
