The barber WALTER is so unprofessional. He sent me to two different guys knowing I wanted him to cut my son’s hair. I cane band a third time just for him to have me wait an hour and a half just for him not to want to cut my sons hair and told me I should’ve booked online even though he said he takes walkin. So think about it , even if I did book i still would’ve came in at thr same time I did just to wait for him to talk about he has to pick him son up. Came as a walk in and just needing a quick cut while shopping at the mall but ended up leaving as a repeat customer …. All thanks to Joe the barber!!! Joe embodies what it means to be a true professional! Hospitality is there, clean work station/equipment, and he has the top tier skills to match. As mentioned, I was just looking for a quick touch up and being a walk in to a new shop can sometimes be risky but Joe is a hidden GEM! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. Feels great to have a trusted barber in the West suburbs of CHI.
Walter has been cutting both my sons’ hair for a few years now. At least over 4 years and honestly he is great. He was able to get them comfortable and gain their trust. This is especially needed for young boys, while keeping them looking sharp. Does an amazing job and has a great personality.
I can now switch barbers lol - thank you Walter for the fresh cut. Low Taper satisfied
