Confrontational and argumentative owner. Brought in a photo of measurement clearly showing from where we started measuring. We are not professionals. They took down those measurements instead of noticing they were taken from the backsplash which is an inch from the wall (clearly shown on the photo). DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I chose a stone to be installed in my bathroom - in the meantime of me choosing my piece, the piece supposedly became unusable. This was never communicated to me. Custom Stone decided ON MY BEHALF on a completely different slab and installed it without ever notifying me the original choice was not able to be used. The owner refuses to acknowledge that this was wrong and feel they “chose something close”. I had to ask for a them to attempt to make it right, and they begrudgingly gave me $200 off.
