Purchased a home from this builder for $1.7m and a lot of items need attention not even 12 months after purchase. A lot of electrical issues. Most of all, I emailed multiple times asking for help from the builder and have been ignored to this date. I do not recommend using this home builder. I can upload photos if need be.
