I recently had my car repaired at Crash Champions after an accident, I’m satisfied with the service, and work was completed on time. Thanks Krista for the excellent customer service and updates.
Quick update: I responded to their reply by following the instructions, and as I'm sure you've already expected, No Response from anyone. They simply don't care. Interestingly, they have all of my contact info, and don't reach out to me. Worst experience ever. parts missing, parts flapping off, parts installed completely the wrong color, including a wheel - 3 polished aluminum, and one black. Whole car black trim, repaired part chrome. Not a single panel lined up. When I pointed this out, the excuse was, "its a ten year old ... read more
