Very disappointed with the service I have received from Crash Champions. I dropped my car off on 8/11/25 with an estimated completion date of 8/21. This then got pushed back to 8/28 due to extra damage being discovered. Fine, I can see how that might happen with collision work. However, it was pushed back again to 9/5 due to "a bottleneck in the paint shop". I reached out on 9/4 and was told the car would be ready as expected on 9/5. Staff was nice, Rick was easy to work with.
It took them 36 days to repair my car, got the car back with a meh painting job because the car had rough patches on the side, and the back tire on the driver’s side had a screw on it! They gave me so many excuses on why they kept pushing the date of their completion date. My initial completion date was 9 days. I asked the lady if I can keep the car while they order the parts, but she said that once they receive the car, they will start the repair, so I can’t do that.
