My original estimate was for my car to be fixed by 1/15. It has been over 2 months and I still don't have my car back. I get a text one day that it's going to be done "very soon" and the next day a text pushing my completion back another week. It's infuriating to constantly have it pushed back one week at a time for months with no explanation as to why.
My car was involved in an accident and I was thoroughly impressed by the work that Crash Collision did to bring my car back to life. The whole experience was painless. The people were so friendly and they took the time, to answer all my questions. The shop kept me updated on the car’s progress. I was amazed the time it took to repair the car was so quick!
