I had a few scratches on my car I needed to get fixed, and with my insurance company I was able to get a rental car for the few days it was in the shop. Their service was professional and they explained everything they did to my car before and after the work. Would highly recommend, but check with your insurance company first to see if they accept your coverage!
This is the 3rd time I have used this company the 1st 2 times I was very happy with the work .however this time I was extremely disappointed they had my car for 3 weeks I never received any updates after the initial text telling me it would be done by a certain date it took an extra 8 days and then they damaged the paint on my car, I was told when I picked it up that they would take care of it at my convenience, I went there today to set something up and was told very rudely that it wasn't their fault and they weren't going ... read more
These people were absolutely horrible, Not only was the work subpar, but they kept my car for over 4 weeks, lied about reaching out to the insurance company, had me reach out to the insurance company claiming that they tried but actually did not according to the insurance company. . We also agreed on pricing and terms which they reneged on, became ignorant and agumentive and did not stand by their verbal agreement.
