I did not have a good experience with the Crash Champions Security Boulevard location. I chose this shop because it was recommended by the insurance company and had generally positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those ratings. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed several issues that should have been identified and corrected before the vehicle was returned to me. ⸻ Terrible customer service. The staff had a very poor attitude and were extremely unprofessional. Communication was dismissive and unhelpful. Based on my experience, their practices felt misleading and dishonest. A business operating like this shouldn’t be allowed to continue—I would not recommend this place.
