My 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe was returned from Crash Champions St. Augustine (#0688) with visible mold and standing water beneath the second- and third-row carpet following bumper and sensor repair. The manager confirmed the shop has no surveillance cameras and initially denied all responsibility, offering only to “detail” the vehicle despite visible mold.
