I was really disappointed with our experience at Crash Champions. While everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional, the quality of the repairs did not meet our expectations. After taking our Tacoma to another repair shop, we were told that the dent repair appeared to have been done using body filler (Bondo), and the amount used was concerning. Took my car in for a parked hit and run. They fixed the side that gets hit but leaves a huge gap on my bumper which was already flush beforehand. Just don’t expect perfection. (Not even the side that was damaged) Amazing costumer service though!!
