We cannot get this company to return our calls. Past customers with warranty issues. No response and they will not return a call when you 'can' get to leave a message. Do NOT use this company. Warranty is a joke.
First coat peeled. They came out and sanded it down taking all the additional leveling epoxy we paid for off, which left divots for water to pool. They put whole new coat on. 2 years later the coat is cracking and discolored. Guy came out twice to take pictures. Appointment was scheduled for warranty repair. First appointment canceled because someone called off work. Second appointment was a no show and no call, text or email. Now they will not call me back. Avoid this company as apparently they do not honor their warranty.
Workers showed up on time each day and worked very hard while here. When work was completed they did a great job cleaning up after themselves
I wish I could give this business 10 stars! They brought my vision to life with these floors and were timely and super affordable! The team at signature coating really takes care of their customers !
Signature Coatings provided a great customer experience! When I reached out for a quote, they responded quickly and scheduled my appointment. Mike Fritts was on time, communicated exactly what and how the work would be done, and gave me an immediate quote. They stuck to the schedule and had great communication. The crew was professional, polite and clean. When they ran into a problem with my foundation, they quickly came up with a solution and stuck to the original planned timeline. Highly recommend these guys!
