I can’t fault these guys at signature caravan repairs they have gone way and above my expectations with repairs and insurance claims. I will most definitely be using them again and I can fully recommend them with a 5 star plus

We needed repairs done to our hot water heater in our caravan. From the time I first phoned Signature, their manner was professional, organised, informative and polite. We are very pleased with the repairs made. The staff were excellent. Adam explained the repairs very clearly, was very helpful, and did an excellent job. Bec's communication, paperwork and friendly manner was most appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend Signature Caravan Repairs.

7 months and 4 prior dealerships and neither them or Jayco would assist us in having our broken hot water system repaired in our brand new Jayco. By the time we got to Signature Caravan Repairs we were losing patience. I can not commend the staff enough. They understood our frustrations and did everything they could to ensure Jayco supplied us a new hot water system and installed it for us to perfection. I will definitely make them our first stop in future.
