Picked up the rugrat from signature thornleigh. The team were very responsive during the build, and ensured a smooth handover. Thanks to Andrew the sct team.

Matt at signature campers is great, down to earth bloke, knew the product back to front, wasn't pushy for a sale. Even after the sale was made (Iridum 13 gen 2), contacting him was easy to sort out some minor problems and answer questions I had. Greg was also great when picking up camper. Spent a considerable amount of time explaining things (which to most are probably common knowledge) as we are first van buyers and weren't sure about a lot of things. Okay, If I could’ve left a zero start I would have. Let me start by saying we didn’t purchase the product which was a Rugrat. However we did order one and at one point we were so excited and passionate about the product. However, we lost faith in the entire product. This was to be our first van. We ordered it at a 4wd show at eastern creek. In August/sept 24 and were advised of a Feb delivery (subject to change which we understood).
