Poorly built no quality control no after sales service once they have your money they don't want anything to do with you would not recommend buying from them if you would like some after sales service

Signature were fantastic to deal with. From visiting their show room floor, Greg was able to answer all our questions and give us a good understanding of the Rugrat.
