However we did order one and at one point we were so excited and passionate about the product. However, we lost faith in the entire product. This was to be our first van. Matt at Signature campers Melbourne is outstanding. His knowledge and willingness to get you in the right camper for you is awesome. Signature campers are so well designed and presented. If you are looking for a camper/hybrid van, it's definitely worth a trip to see Matt in Melbourne.
Just love our Iridium 15s but probably love more the after sales service and support we have received from Signature. These guys are next level professional and accommodating, could not recommend them highly enough.
We had (and still have) a great experience when buying our iridium 13S. We are from the Netherlands and figuring out and arranging something remotely is a thing. Cooper helped us tremendously. For example, because of the time difference, we had several whatsapp conversations while he was actually already free.
