If I could give negative stars, I would. Our carpet was delayed, not once, twice, but three times. Instead of being any kind of help, they said the best they could do was ship it directly to me for a charge. The carpet itself is HORRENDOUS. It's been about a month, and the off-gassing smell is horrible, and the pilling is ridiculous. When I called customer service, the best they could say was "call back later". Never, ever, ever again.

Absolutely wonderful service and customer satisfaction from Alexanian. I had remote controlled blinds installed in 2023. Unfortunately one set stopped working earlier this year. I phoned the store dealt with Sydney, who was polite and courteous and always replied promptly. The blinds were repaired with no cost to me. Great customer service. Thank you Sydney. What amazing customer service — had the pleasure of working with Curvin. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth. Even followed up with a phone call to ensure all was good with the carpet.
