We recently had new hardwood floors installed throughout our entire home. Everyone at Signature, especially Arsim and Sydney, were fantastic. Excellent customer service as well as excellent products. Their installation people were fantastic: punctual, well organized, and efficient. Would highly recommend this company and Arsim who will absolutely guide you in the right direction. We also ended up using other divisions of Alexanian for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Also, efficient, punctual and fantastic job!
What a joy to discover Signature by Shelley Alexanian near me in Toronto, as I grew up with them in Burlington (and we did have carpet in our basement that came from their store on Appleby Line). I made an appointment with Sydney and explained I was looking to replace old carpet on my stairs with something more durable and fashionable. She quickly pulled a number of tiles and signed them out for me, and I was able to go home and move them around the space. One stood out.
