What a great place to start the day! Asha is always smiling always welcoming. She is a lovely person to see for regulars and for new members.
Excellent facilities and friendly helpful staff. Signed up for a 7 day trial. Spotless gym. Not busy at all. All the mod cons you could want. Great variety of classes. Sauna. Free cereal for breakfast. Lots of nice touches. Highly recommend.
I’ve been doing the Barre and Abs, Butt & Barre classes with Alyssa at Atmosphere Signature, and I’m absolutely loving it! Alyssa brings such great energy to every session, her cues are clear, the workouts are beautifully structured, and she creates such a supportive, motivating atmosphere.
Abs, butt, barre with Alyssa and Tara is a great class with the best instructors!!!
Thanks to Terri for the Body Tone class tonight. It was my first time doing this and I loved it. She was full of energy and motivation and keeps the whole group pushing themselves.
