Atmosphere Gym lives up to its name and has a great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. I often go in the morning and there are plenty of equipment options for cardio or weight training. I have 2 young kids and without the crèche availability though it would be difficult for me to get my workouts in. Nat, Jess and the staff in there are great
Atmosphere Signature is a little slice of heaven! ‘The Trip’ cycle class and facilities are awesome! But what really makes it are the staff. Karen who works at reception is a legend and always has a smile on her face. She creates a sense of community within the gym. She goes above and beyond to ensure your gym session runs smoothly. Her customer service is top tier. Anthony who runs some of ‘The Trip’ cycle classes is fantastic. Always cheery, there to get you through the class and wants to see you succeed!
