Just so others don’t have to make the drive/stop like I did: Signature Bridal is closed with all of the dresses off the racks and the only thing there (from the windows) is the front desk. The nail salon nearby said that they closed in the middle of November. To the owners, Thank you for my magical experience back in April 2024. I unfortunately purchased a dress from this absolute joke of a "business". I'm out $1200, and beyond devastated and disappointed with how the owner has handled this situation. If you are a bride or know a bride who has been affected by this terrible situation, please contact the Attorney General of Missouri. They have a email on their website to contact their office. Myself and numerous other brides are working with them to try to get some type of resolution to this very complex situation.

Fiend had purchased a dress and paid in full and could no longer get ahold of them and had to reverse charges. Scam alert!

It was an experience, but not as good as I hoped it would be. I personally don't think this boutique had the best style of dresses for my likes / taste. I had a nice lady that helped me out, but she was occupied by another appointment and didn't focus on just my appointment how other bridal appts.
