I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team redid the entire bathroom, installed new flooring, and painted the walls in our basement and everything came out even better than I imagined. The work SBD did is exceptional. It’s very high quality, and throughout the process, each person who inspected the project commented on how great it looks. As for the timeline, I had the initial meeting in November of 2024, work began January 2025 and finished July 2025, and the size of my basement is about 500 sq ft. It would have been done faster, but delays with city inspections and a sick sub-contractor really slowed the project by several weeks. Leo and Lucas’s team are very professional, dedicated, diligent, with strong work ethics, and overall did an excellent job finishing our basement exceeding our expectations! Highly recommend them and we’ll continue to work with their team in future should we plan any additional basement improvements.
The team did an outstanding job replacing a basement dropped ceiling. The price was fair and work completed quickly at very high quality. I was impressed by the extra effort made by this team!
