I was contacted as I had applied to Craigslist because this company is supposedly going to be in Boston today but the intercontinental couldn't confirm or deny the accuracy of these claims.Also the person who called me doesn't even have the gumption to actually follow thru. So she calls me, we chat, then no call, no texts, no email, no onboarding... I'm being bored now so I'm going to be calling the city where this is located and filing a complaint and possibly the better business bureau. So unprofessional.
We booked this bartending service for our rooftop "backyard" wedding for 7 hours, and we were promised an experienced mixologist. Instead, we got a bartender who couldn’t make a single drink. We provided our list of signature drinks with the ingredients ahead of time. One of our signature cocktails was a Paloma—grapefruit soda, tequila, and lime. I would give 5 stars because the first 2 times I ordered from here the food was delicious! But the last time I ordered the food was EXTREMELY salty, only could take a few bites out of it and ended up trashing the rest.
We ordered the Griot with a side of rice and sweet corn. While the Griot was okay the rice had a weird flavor not that you’d expect with a Haitian meal. We also ordered the pasta the Rasta pasta.. while the flavor was okay.. the amount of heat in the dish was insane. We are people who appreciate hot food but that pasta just went straight to the garbage as the amount of chopped scotch bonnet made no rhyme or reason and can definitely not be consumed unless you’d like to spend the night at the ER or end up with an ulcer.
