I make deposits at the Rogers branch about once a week, and the staff there always make me feel special. They offer me a bottle of water because they know I’m not a soda drinker, and one day they asked me why I didn’t visit on free cookie days (it’s Wednesday and Friday, btw). “Ha! I will now.” Seriously, they are really hospitable.
I’ve always had a great experience here, and I especially want to thank Samantha for her outstanding customer service. She’s always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive one. I also really appreciate her support in helping sponsor our local soccer tournament. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about the community. Thank you, Samantha, for everything you do!

Samantha did a phenomenal job! She made the entire account opening process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I even opened my 7-year-old son’s very first account, and it feels great knowing he’s getting started with saving at such a young age.
