NIGHTMARE!!! Absolutely horrible , if you can stay somewhere else save yourself the headache, I would've rather slept in my car . Worse " hotel" experience ever & then the staff are very unprofessional & have attitude problems . from the check in ( had to change rooms 3 times) due to rooms not being cleaned correctly, hard beds, bugs, the smell, no towels, bedding having stains & hair on them etc . I would not recommend staying at Signature Inn. The listing is very deceiving. While the photos make it appear to be in a decent location, the hotel is actually situated in a rough part of Anaheim, directly next to a Jack in the Box parking lot. When we arrived, there was street racing going on outside, making the area feel unsafe. There were also several men smoking marijuana right in front of the hotel entrance. Nice motel as travel accommodations go. The rooms were pretty clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean (except for one cockroach). There’s free cable and internet. Front desk service was mostly indifferent, but not rude. When we arrived we had to wait for service. Not the kind of service that goes out of its way to help, smile, say hello or see how you’re doing. The breakfast options are quite limited for vegans, with mainly fresh fruit. Had a great stay, the room was clean and quiet. Great room service and was only a 6 minute drive to Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again!
