This company took my funds and did not pay my mortgage on my home sale. Two months after settlement I received a call from my old mortgage company stating that they had not received any wired payoff from Signature Abstract. I am now being fined for not paying the monthly mortgage on time for a home I no longer own. I worked with Michelle. This was not resolved quickly or without effort on my behalf. Don't go with this company! two years later and I'm not even named as the owner of the property with an internet search ,not to mention they didn't put correct information on. I called and they constant have an attitude and I'm still waiting for the company to get back to me. seems I need a lawyer.
