This company took my funds and did not pay my mortgage. Two weeks after the sale and settlement I received a call from my old mortgage company stating that they had NOT received the wired payoff from Signature Abstract. I am now being fined for not paying the monthly mortgage that I believed to be paid off and also being charged annual real estate taxes. This company handled the settlement of my home. Don't go with this company! two years later and I'm not even named as the owner of the property with an internet search ,not to mention they didn't put correct information on. I called and they constant have an attitude and I'm still waiting for the company to get back to me. seems I need a lawyer.
The agent was very hands off. A giant lack of communication/ refusal to communicate. Information at closing was incorrect. General total frustration literally to the minute of signing.
