This company took my funds and did not pay my mortgage on my home sale. Two months after settlement I received a call from my old mortgage company stating that they had not received any wired payoff from Signature Abstract. I am now being fined for not paying the monthly mortgage on time for a home I no longer own. I worked with Michelle. This was not resolved quickly or without effort on my behalf.
