stopped by and chatted with owner very nice guy and he spent 30 plus minutes with me on your properties i own and needed signage told me he’d get a proposal to me asap called a week later and was told he’d call me later that day. waited till end of week called again. waited another week. zippo. nada. talked to lady that was there when i met with him and she assured me he’d call later that day. As you prob guessed i’ve never gotten a call He just bought this business i was told. Hmmmmm. Must be too busy to follow up !!!!!
