I was driving down the freeway when one of their trucks cut me off 3 times driving erratically. When I got off the exit, I tried to get around them to protect my 2 young children and myself and get away from them. I don't even think they noticed they cut me off. I never honked because I have worked on my road rage and now don't really get upset with others on the freeway. very poor communication. Jerome has not called us back in weeks and we are very unhappy with our sign. All we are asking is a call back or a visit to discuss the situation.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this shop for a vehicle wrap. We had not used them for anything before, but their overall reviews were good, and we decided to take a chance. It was a horrible (and costly) decision. The best thing I can say about the experience was that they were friendly, and that the owner told me that he would fix the problems we had with the install. Thinking that I was dealing with a respected business, I took an original Heilemans Old Style neon in for repair. It had a broken leg of Ruby Red tubing. As I was starting to register My sign at the counter by Jodi, another person asked to see my sign. I placed it on his desk and then I had to rush out because I was having a medical concern, he said it would be $60 to repair the broken tube. Needed a special sign for a family member returning home from Afghanistan from deployment. I cannot say how instantly the staff understood how important it was to make this Welcome Home sign was to me. They are true professionals with the added benefit of big hearts. The sign created with little help from emotional me was perfect. The sign was beautifully done and captured everything I wanted to convey. Go to this company and be highly satisfied with the results whatever your need.
