Super inept group of people. Nothing was done timely and no one can seem to use a computer properly. The owner never calls you back, and then they try to blame you for the problem. Use another sign company or else you are putting yourself at too much risk in my opinion.
I am very disappointed with my service at Signarama Jax Beach. I ordered my sign and was charged however they lost my copy of the receipt. They told me that they would send a proof over of my sign via email and I never received it. The next day I went in to cancel my order and receive my charge back but they did not take care of my refund so thankfully I am disputing the charge. Please learn from my mistake and go elsewhere. I strongly recommend Builders Spectrum Signs across the street for great and fast service.

horrible company. promised a proof. didn't deliver. charged more than they quoted. didn't deliver to the specification. promised to make it right but then don't follow through. very dishonest company.
Absolutely worse print company around. Was promised a sign next day, didn't get it for four days. Then one set of words were upside down. The young kid at the counter is rude as hell and acts like a 14 year old. The other woman has no clue what was going on and the kid would t let her speak. We told the kid they would get a bad review and his childish response was "I'll write you a bad review too"??
