No integrity. No honesty. Clearly CSRs are given instructions to ignore return requests, They routinely cut off phone inquires related to anything other than sales.

Save your money or pay for the hassle. Did not receive all items yet they said they sent. Called two times and of course it was overseas. One person hung up the next did not understand. Company never responded to my email They also charge for a return. I would never purchase from them again and they can stop sending me garbage catalogs

I will never order from this company again...This is the only company I have dealt with that cannot tell you a ship date it's also the only company I've dealt with that takes over 2 weeks to put it in a box and ship it out.

They processed the order, sent me a confirmation number. Ordered Nov 24 for Xmas. I checked repeatedly and it said that it was en route. Tonight I checked and they said "the bank never processed the credit card" which is weird, and how did I get a confirmation number then? I asked why I wasn't notified, but nothing by email or spam so I asked them to forward that email. Then the customer service rep changed the subject. I asked to be contacted, and an hour later they phoned and then hung up. They called back about 45 minutes... read more
