I had a tremendous experience at Signal Tree Family Dental. I went in to their office after having a very bad experience at a local dentist where I was severely over quoted and mis-diagnosed for a deep cleaning (a very extensive procedure that you don't want to get done unless you need it.) I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I came in for a simple consultation—to see whether a bridge or implant would work for me and to get an estimate. I arrived early, completed all paperwork in advance, and still ended up waiting nearly two hours. Most of my visit was spent sitting and waiting, which already showed a lack of respect for patients’ time. The X-ray process was even worse.
