Signal security installed a home camera system for me 15 months ago and recently I had to call them out for I remedial issue. Unfortunately, I have not found the company to be very customer centric. I have given them 1 star because at least the system works now. Signal installed two cameras at my house and a video recorder. Not only did this cost almost $2,000 but the technician asked me to go and buy, at my cost, a specific wi-fi extender (tp-link). Presumably this saved him doing more cabling. If you want service techs booked who dont turn up, if you want an alarm system that works half the time, if you want excuses and promises to call you back and then dont by the "customer care team", if you want to pay for a service you wont get, then look no further than this bunch of clowns. Terrible Service after notifying them that i was closing my store over 2 months ago i finally got the cancellation papers today after about 2 1/2 months now they tell me they want their system back or they are going to charger $660.00 . I was never told when i notified them i was going to close the store that they wanted their shoddy system back . They will al;ways say to you "Its in your contract somewhere " The workmanship is terrible their service is appalling DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY
