This place appears to be nice AT FIRST but the reviews don’t lie. I am not doing this out of spite but when you are a company that is supposed to care about your tenants and be respectful but aren’t, it just puts such a bad taste in your mouth like since we are giving them all the money they can just treat us any kind of way and be disrespectful. If I had listened to all the negative people on these reviews, I wouldn't be living in a Wonderful place like Signal Pointe Apartments. My apartment is clean, no roaches, everything works, my dishwasher broke and within 2 days I had a brand new one. So I am not sure what happened in the past to have negative reviews, but I can tell you, it's a quiet, clean and safe place to live. I love it. So don't always believe the negative.
