The service at this location is HORRIBLE! Took my printer here to be serviced, asked ahead of time how long would it take to fix and was told "about a week" Two months later and NOTHING WAS DONE! There was zero communication from this company, after two weeks I called literally every or every other day to check on the status of the printer and every single time was just told to "leave your name and number and we'll have someone call you back" Not a single time did anyone actually call me back, yet alone give me any updates o... read more
I have used S.O.S. continually for about 15 years. Their customer service has always been first rate, the personnel are friendly and helpful, and the products are top quality. It has been my experience that everyone there bends over backwards to be helpful and to provide great service. I am constantly bombarded with calls from other office supply houses trying to get my business but I won't switch because I know that no one else can match the service I get from S.O.S.
Beware! I dropped off my Printer here to be worked on 3 months ago. I finally called to check on the status of the repair and was informed their technician quit and they had no one to repair the Brother Unit. Then she told me she thought the owners sent notification to Brother to take them off the list of companies that do repairs a few weeks ago. All the while, my printer sits on their third floor collecting dust, and no one bothers to call or notify me. I would never recommend this store.
Excellent customer service! Matt and Tracy always go above and beyond to help me find what I need and get the best price possible! I would definitely recommend buying from this small, local, family owned business
