With 19 tastefully decorated, fully furnished condos, we have a unique environment, unlike any other on the island. We’re also pet friendly, and invite you to bring up to two dogs or cats with you. You’ll find that we have some of the most reasonable pet fees on Sanibel Island.

Family has stayed here 30 plus years....great friendly private location.
We have been to Sanibel many times over the years...the week of 2025 New Years was our first time staying at Signal Inn. We had a great experience...staff was easy to communicate with, loved the location, easy beach access, secluded, quiet, well kept accommodations...LOVELY!
No pool yet, was supposed to be done. It's not. The unit we stayed in only had one couch, loveseat and a chair. Needed more seating.
